You will have your own entrance, kitchen, laundry etc. It's really like two houses in one. There is a set of stairs that separates the two living areas. The dock is extremely large and has a nice covered sitting area with swing. You will enjoy the beautiful Lake Norman views. Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. You will be able to kick back and relax. No parties allowed. What a great location. Just minutes away from local shopping and restaurants.
