OUTSIDE: - Set in nearly half an acre behind walls and hedges offering complete privacy - established gardens front and back with split palm trees, olive trees and desert plantings; planted perimeter landscaping for privacy. - Front patio with cozy outdoor sofa seating area. - Second front patio off the office with table and chairs. - Lounge area with some comfortable chairs in the desert front garden under the palm trees with a view towards the northern side of the mountains. - Large covered patio at the back with living room sofa set, dining area with table for 10-12 and lounging areas with comfortable furniture. - Large pool with expansive pool yard with numerous seating and lounging options and pool floats. - Pool can be heated with an optional extra daily payment of $140 per day. PARKING: Parking available for 5 cars - 1 on driveway behind gates and 4 on street. Local agent will welcome you, show you around the property and have you sign the City of Palm Springs paperwork, if not provided prior to you arriving (sending prior to arrival is what the City of Palm Springs requires and is preferred). Myself or the local agent will also deal with any issues you may have, and check you out at the end of your stay. We can also make recommendations for your stay as well as recommend additional items such as having a chef come and cook dinner in the home for the house-guests for an evening, which is a popular option. Additional cleaning services/linen changes may also be booked for a fee for during your stay, should you require these. It is recommended to book this in advance and it cannot be guaranteed.
