The space Home sits on one acre over looking a beautiful resaca. So close to the beach and Mexico. Very quiet and peaceful. Only 5 mins. to town. The space Birders will enjoy views of the local parrots, green jays, and many other tropical birds in the mature fruit and nut trees in the yard, and of water birds frequenting the resaca/lake. Guest access Guests will have access to the yard, and to the laundry area shared with the separate downstairs studio apartment.
