Or set up your base camp for hunting/fishing/snowmobiling. Guest access The garage is locked and off limits. The breezeway that connects the house to the garage may be used as a "mud room". The covered area out back behind the oil tank should be avoided, it is only used to access my furnace. The shed only houses my lawnmower and should not be accessed. All other areas including the entire house and yard is accessable to you. If you use the awning on the front of the building please be sure to roll it up during any severe weather and also when you are ready to checkout. Other things to note The water at my place has a high mineral content that gives a slight odor. It is safe for bathing, washing dishes etc, but I recommend using bottled water for drinking and cooking. I have left 2 gallons of spring water to use.
