This is a tranquil, private retreat with tropical landscaping, private large swimming pool and panoramic views from mountains to ocean. Besides the pool, children can enjoy the swings or climbing in the tree-house. They will be safe from through traffic because the house sits on almost two acres at the end of a private road in a quiet, residential neighborhood. BECAUSE OF THE SETTING THE PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD GROUPS OR RAUCOUS BACHELORETTE PARTIES. AMPLIED MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED. There is a limit to 10 people allowed on the property at any time (location shoots excepted). During the swimming season (April - October) the pool is heated entirely by the use of a solar blanket which increases and maintains the water temperature. Typical summer water temperature is in the mid 80s. Pool cover is required by City of Santa Barbara drought ordinance. For winter swimming there is a pool heater option available for an additional charge. Weekly rates $3,785 . Off season weekly rates also available. Please ask for details. Maximum on site parking 4 cars. 3 night rental occasionally. We require a minimum 5 night stay in July and August. Holiday rates $747 per night. Holidays include Memorial weekend, June graduation weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Year. Cleaning charges of between $175 - $225. Minimum charge of $175 for 3 nights, minimum of $225 for more than 3 nights. A 14% HOTEL TAX IS COLLECTED DIRECTLY BY OWNERS IN ADDITION TO RATES ABOVE, AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA. AN ADDITIONAL POTENTIAL $75 IS ALSO PAYABLE HERE AND WILL BE REFUNDED IF THE HOME IS LEFT IN A CLEAN AND TIDY MANNER. DUE TO THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD GROUPS WISHING TO PARTY. AMPLIFIED MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED. USE OF THE OUTSIDE AREA IS PROHIBITED AFTER 10 PM.
