This space is just minutes away from OHSU and downtown it's the perfect location for easy access to the heart of the city as well as The Zoo, The Japanese Gardens and The Rose Gardens. The space We take your safety and our cleanliness extremely seriously. We've created a strict cleaning protocol that our cleaners follow as well as a 24 hour waiting period between check-ins. Located on the lower level, guests will have access to the following features: *Private Entrance *Private Patio (Covered) *Large SmartTV with Netflix and Hulu *Electric Fireplace *Spacious king bed in the large main bedroom *Queen bed in the second bedroom *Bright and warm feeling space *Clean, well-stocked bathroom with tub/shower combination *Convection stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, please note we do not have an oven! Please note there is a long-term tenant on the second floor, we please ask that you be respectful. Other things to note Please note that parking for this space is free street parking directly in front of the house. You can fit two cars directly in front we just ask that you leave the driveway for the upstairs renter.
