A private on-site beach, open concept living area with a large well equipped eat in kitchen make it ideal for large families. The wrap around deck is perfectly situated for private outdoor dining, looking out onto the water and watching the breathtaking sunset in the evening, or sit back and gaze at the stars while making s'mores at the fire pit. The space Our home has a first -floor bedroom, sunny rooms, high ceilings, SMART TV’s, WiFi, Blue-ray DVD player with a large DVD selection, board games, puzzles &books enough to entertain the whole family. Plenty of outdoor seating, picnic table, Paddleboat, canoe, 2 adult and 2 youth kayaks are available at user's risk. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes pots & pans, utensils, most spices, oil, vinegar, condiments. Also, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker, and Keurig, toaster oven/ air fryer, microwave, and Gas grill. Guest access key in lock box. Other things to note This house has central A/C and is equipped with plenty of windows. Both upstairs bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. Portable fans are also available. Summer temperatures drop an average of 10 degrees at night.
