This is in a charming, renovated townhouse in an amazing location just off Tompkins ave for restaurants, shopping and bars. Easy access to Manhattan via subway - not to mention all the best of Brooklyn - and a relaxing oasis to chill. During your stay everything pictured is entirely yours (except the common laundry area and backyard). I won't need to pass through your space at all, unless you need help. The space Everything in the apartment is new, from the floors to the ceilings, so you can count on a spacious, clean, low maintenance home base for your Brooklyn visit. Large south and north facing windows keep the apartment brighter than any garden unit you've seen. A huge kitchen window faces the garden, and Hancock street is plenty quiet to keep your front windows open and enjoy a breeze. Brand new kitchen features top-shelf stainless steel appliances, large gas range, and a high capacity dishwasher. Free laundry is down one flight of stairs. Brand new dedicated bathroom has glazed white tile walls, plentiful high-pressure hot water. Free, blazing fast WiFi (gigabit FIOS service with WiFi 6), and just-installed ductless AC, nearly silent rapid-cooling for the whole place. A huge plus for summer in NYC! 50" Roku TV with usual streaming options and YouTube TV for live channels. Guest access Private bathroom, private bedroom, private kitchen and private living room. Shared laundry area, basement, workshop, and garden/deck with barbecue and picnic table/chairs. My area is private to me, unless you need to get through for some reason.
