If you are ready to relax and spend a peaceful respite on a beautiful lake, this is it! This property sleeps 6 comfortably and offers 2 bedrooms, a new (2018) queen pullout couch, a full kitchen, bathroom and is located 20 feet from the water. One bedroom has a queen and one bedroom has two twin beds (new matresses 2018). The space The property is well maintained and was recently (2018) updated with a new full bathroom, new appliances (stove, refrigerator/freezer and microwave), WIFI, a new roof, stairs to the lake and new exterior paint as well. A propane barbecue is also available for renters. This wonderful Maine "camp" is located less than 2 hours away from Portland International Jetport, and 10 minutes from Farmington, ME (cute Maine college town). While the property offers many amenities, it is rustic in some regards as well. The water for the pipes does come directly from the lake and is not filtered, so we offer a manual filter system and have had the water tested and it’s safe to drink- we do! There is no dishwasher, air-conditioner or central heating system. We do have portable heaters. The bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds and pull-out couch can accommodate 2 sleepers as well. Guest access You can access everything on the property Other things to note Quiet setting- not a party house. This is a place to relax, swim, enjoy the water. 3 car Maximum.
