Cozy 120 sq foot Studio Apartment Room. Small kitchenette with Fridge and Sink and a few appliances. SHARED BATHROOMS DOWN THE HALL. Old Hollywood 1900s two story brick building | Located Central Hollywood near Walk of Fame and Griffith Observatory | The two bathrooms are right down the hall and shared with 15 other studio apartments (airbnb guests) on the top floor. Additional Bathrooms downstairs for back up. Laundry room downstairs. The space Cozy 120 sq ft Studio Apartment. Front door opens into the hallway of the building. Two full bathrooms down the hall. Individual use with vacant/ occupied sign on the deadbolt. Cleaned multiple times a day by on-site cleaner and myself. Cleaning supplies and toilet paper under the counter. Guest access Free Street Parking right in front on both sides of the street. Parking is surprisingly available for LA standards. Street sweeping Monday and Tuesday from 10pm-1pm one side of the street available. Do not park in lot. Parking spaces reserved for residents. Other things to note I prefer a day time check in. If you need to check in at night please let me know ahead of time so I can put the lockbox out front and send you different directions. Main House Rule QUIET HOURS 10pm- 8am. No talking on the phone or coming in and out with friends being loud. No talking outside or in the halls. Keep a quiet low volume while inside the room. This building is located on a major street and has sounds from the city. Still, we cultivate a very quiet atmosphere in the building. Most guests are really courteous and quiet and appreciate the calm environment so it's not really an issue I have to address. This space and the shared bathrooms are set up for 1 guest per room. You are welcome to have additional guests visit or stay the night occasionally, but only one person staying full time per room.
