There is no assigned parking spot, but there are plenty of them. *FEEL COMFORTABLE AT HOME We provide you everything you need to feel like you are at home: - WIFI - Air Conditioner - Bath towels -Beach/pool towels - Bed sheets - Washer and Dryer - Hair dryer - All cooking items - All kitchen - Full cutlery for 6 We will provide you the basic items you could need it. Guest access Important: - A registration is required by Condo Management for each reservation (Group, not person) Each reservation need to be registered before arrival. - For Registration purposes at The Yacht Club at Aventura, guests must be provide IDs (for each adult) along with a signed registration form. This registration must be provided 7 days before arrival. - Registration forms are provided once a reservation is confirmed. - Registration will provide guests with Access 2 access cards and 1 vehicle transponder. It grants access to building door, gym, residents gate, tennis court. You can enjoy the swimming pool, the hot tub, the gym, a playground for kids, tennis courts and a basket court! Also, you can park your car for free Other things to note Please, keep in mind that the Yacht Club is a private complex and some times you have to be patient with check in as the take really care about security.
