Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Lubbock / Texas Tech and 5 minutes from great restaurants. The space Our cozy and functional home has a full kitchen, 2 bathroom, 2 living spaces, 4 bedrooms and an inviting patio. Lovely bright bedroom with comfy bed made up with crisp sheets. Second bedroom bed has a wooden trundle bed with a single bed on top and a single bed on bottom, which easily pulls out. Huge closet with lots of shelving, rack space and hangers for hanging your clothes and storing your luggage. Remaining two bedrooms have single beds and one even has it's own private sink/vanity. The back yard has plenty of shade. There is a outdoor dining table/chairs that sits nicely under a pergola. • Kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, stovetop, full-size oven, crock-pot & full-size refrigerator. You'll have pots, pans, cutlery, anything you need to cook with. • Comfy leather furniture in main living room along with a TV, which has access to Amazon Firestick apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Movies/TV). Readers will love the bookcase filled with all kinds of interesting children's books, board games and coloring books in the front sitting room. • Bathroom is stocked with towels, wash clothes, hair dryer and various shampoos/soaps. There are also amenities for babies such as no tear shampoo and baby washing seat. • We want you to feel like you are at home and have included everything we could think of to make that happen.
