Graeagle GetAway - Pet Friendly

Graeagle Getaway, a pet-friendly home, offers 3 bedrooms/3 baths - 6 beds - sleeps 10 (two king beds downstairs and a large upstairs suite offering a queen bed plus a bunk bed (full bed with 2 twin beds) that are well appointed with upscale linens including mattress cover and pillow encasement to provide a protective barrier against bed bugs, dust mites and other allergens for a healthy night's sleep. Fully stocked kitchen, large deck with BBQ and grassy lawn for the kids to play. The space Because of the extra time required for sanitizing and cleaning in between guests during the current pandemic, early check-in will not be available when another group has left the same morning; likewise, late check-out will not be available when another group will be arriving later that day. Additionally, a new large-capacity clothes dryer was installed on July 23 and all carpets were professionally steam-cleaned on July 27. Fall and winter guests should note: you will need to bring firewood if you plan on enjoying the great fireplace. Summertime guests should note: the condo has no air conditioning (which previous renters have found is fine if you're out during the day anyways and keep the windows open at night). Guest access The whole house including the 2 car garage, mud room and laundry room. The downstairs deck opens onto a public grassy area. Other things to note Please be aware that THIS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY LISTED FOR SALE and the realtor (Laurie Humphries) may request that the property be shown to prospective buyers during your stay. It is my intention to honor all existing reservations (barring an unexpected offer with a quick closing date). Ms Humphries has agreed to be as considerate as possible with requests to show the property while guests are here.
