This cottage is in a peaceful location about 20 minutes from town. It is on a level 3/4 acre lot adjacent to the Jefferson National Forest. The lot hosts a gazebo next to a creek, a feeder to Big Stoney, and an out building. Plenty of opportunities to hike, see wildlife and enjoy the outdoors. 800' to the Appalachian Trail, less than 1/2 mile to the Cherokee Falls parking area for the AT and excellent fishing in nearby Big Stoney Creek. 30 Minutes from the New River and Cascade Falls. Other things to note Cell phone service is spotty. WiFi is available. The house is the second house on the right after turning off of Big Stoney Creek.
