Guest access The building is of a high standard, in a good location in the Ondina neighborhood, on Rua Morro do Escravo Miguel, in front of the Vila Gallé Hotel, close to all services and conveniences, which make the house more comfortable and pleasant, such as: Barra Shopping Mall (10 min walk), Bompreço supermarket (10 min walk), banks, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, gas stations, in addition to having an excellent leisure structure: - Swimming pool; - Sauna; - Fitness; - Grill area; - Party room; - Basketball and volleyball court; - Residential and service elevator; - Covered parking (1 space). Other things to note According to the condominium regulations, for access, the full name of the guests must be provided, which can be sent to me by chat or via WhatsApp. - Please check that the air conditioners and gas are properly turned off when you leave the apartment; - It is recommended that all toilet paper be thrown in the trash can next to the toilet.
