Quaint and cozy.

Cozy split level home surrounded by trees and large backyard with fire pit and lots of wildlife. Ten minute drive to Plattsburgh International Airport and Ferry to Vermont. Lots of restaurants, art and music within a 5 mile range. Same for Hospital, SUNY Plattsburgh and our beautiful Lake Champlain. Close, by car, to many Adirondack trails for hiking, swimming, fishing, boating. Owner KC speaks fluent English and Dutch and has rusty knowledge of French and German :) . The space In addition to the bedroom and 1/2 bathroom, my guest(s) have a private living room with a gas stove, TV, Blu-ray and WiFi . Upstairs bathroom with shower and tub is shared. Guest access As my guest, you are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room and enjoy the back deck and yard. During your stay I love to chat with my guests and am always available to answer questions or give recommendations for dining, entertainment and sight seeing but do respect their privacy.
