Charming + cozy Water Hill home

Our cozy home is full of light and character! We've filled it with midcentury modern furniture that we've refurbished and reupholstered, as well as family artwork. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, living room, dining room and charming sunroom! There's a patio overlooking the back yard where you can unwind, grill or sip your morning coffee. Parking for two cars in the driveway and easy (free) additional street parking. 15 min walk to farmers market, 35 minute walk to the stadium The space Just want to note that in the summer months there are window air conditioners in bedroom #2 and in the sunroom, and then there's a fan in bedroom #1. The house tends to stay pretty cool during the day, but use the air conditioning if you need it! Also I do live here! :) I guess that is important to note in the day and age where many hosts do not actually live in their Airbnbs. This is my house so please know that I take a lot of pride and care in my home and hope guests will do the same. Guest access The entire house (plus laundry in the basement) Other things to note I recently adopted a very sweet Border Collie mix. I am very conscious about how much she sheds and clean my house very thoroughly (and will remover her bed/blankets etc while guests are here). But if you have severe pet allergies, that feels like important information to share.
