CENTRAL HEAT/AC Our apartment is equipped with central heat/AC with a thermostat in the unit for your convenience. WASHER/DRYER Located in the back room, feel free to do a load before you head to your next destination. Other things to note The apartment is located in a vintage grey stone building (so Chicago) where the water heater is in the basement and we are the third floor so we suggest that you run the hot water prior to showering.
