Living room with seating for 6, Smart TV, eat-in kitchen and the 3 bedrooms are furnished with some king and some queen size beds. The apartment is filled with natural light, features exposed brick and hardwood floors. Conveniently located one block from UWS and the property offers ample off-street parking. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bake ware, utensils, dishware, glasses and cups, flatware & linens. Garbage bags, dish soap & paper towels also provided. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, microwave. The bedrooms feature queen and king beds with linens, side tables, lamps, closet and ceiling fan. Bathroom linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap & hand soap provided. Guest access This apartment is separate and open to guests staying there. Out back of the Effie building there is a common patio with grills for use by these 4 units. There is outdoor seating as well. Other things to note The property is not child proofed. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and accessed by a staircase. 25 steps.
