The SeaTurtle@Ashworth Place is a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath corner condo located 1 block from the beach and steps away from year-round top restaurants, bars and attractions. There is an abundance of space and natural light in this two-floor beach condo. It offers a remote workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 covered parking spots, a community elevator, a private top-floor deck and comes fully furnished with sea turtle decor & sea colors. The space This is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that we, as the owners, occupy from June to October whenever it is not rented out. Our condo is a corner unit located on the second and third levels of a 32-unit condominium complex located one block back from the ocean. Guest access You'll have access to all areas except the master suite, which will be locked with the owners' belongings inside. Other things to note For stays over 28 days, a $500 security deposit is required. For stays over 28 days, a $75 heating allowance is provided. Any amount over that will be the renter's responsibility.
