During your stay The host - nicknamed Karin from Marin - lives on property. She enjoys entertaining and creating delicious meals, and serves a European style breakfast (see photo) which is included in the price for the room. Please contact Danehill Manor for special arrangement such as gourmet dinners and maybe special "get away weekend" packages, e.g. including sunset drinks and snacks, maybe local oysters and champagne? served on your private terrace on the lake side or around the huge fire pit in the pool area. Danehill Manor is a retreat and guests have expressed they feel they have come to their own private resort. Humans, horses and dogs live together in a unique, stress free atmosphere. You may bring your pet, dog or horse, ( no cats, rats or other animals) which we have luxury accommodations for as well - call for pricing. We also offer horsemanship lessons on our horses - or maybe you want to learn to become a great partner with your own horse?. This to be arranged in advance and paid directly to the host. If you want complete privacy, we can also arrange the breakfast served in your room. We do wake you up (you tell us at what time you want) with a cup of freshly ground coffee or tea in your room.
