Parking – One spot under the deck (1811 side) the other right behind it Washer and dryer – yes, shared with downstairs. Outdoor shower – yes, two. One with hot water. No need to worry about bringing the beach inside. 1) Master bedroom – Queen with connecting bath. 2) Bedroom - Queen, with jack and jill bath 3) Bedroom – two twin, also trundle if 3 in the room. Beach gear– beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. For the more adventures; surfboards, wet suits, boogie boards, and bikes, availability (how many), may change.
