Within walking distance of downtown River Walk/restaurants and bars, 20 min. drive to Wrightsville Beach, 30 min from Carolina Beach, nearby tennis courts, basketball gym, 15 min to closest golf course, corner store next door, 10 min to Greenfield Lake, one mile or less from airport and Live Oak Amphitheater. This is not the Regent! Generally quiet neighborhood with a great ambiance. Friendly host. Sit at the outdoor bar, listen to music, smoke, have great conversations and cocktail The space It's a shared 4-bedroom brick home in the historic district. Shared space means this is where the host also resides. This is an aesthetically no frills location; but it’s a cordial, safe space to rest at a bargain rate. Everyone says the bed is surprisingly very comfortable and they slept well. Queen size or twin air mattresses available with memory foam pillow tops. Private shower/bathroom. Amenities if you forget your body wash, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. You will receive a key for bedroom/front door entry. Once your check-in you can come and go at your leisure. You will be shown where accidental lockout keys are kept after check-in. At check out please remember to leave keys on the dresser. 🌻 Guest access Shared entrance, front yard area. I would also advise for guests to check with Lyft and Uber because their rates fluctuate and go with the best bargain. Other things to note Due to transient/unhoused/homeless Airbnb scammers I prefer guests who live 25 miles or more. This Airbnb is not suitable for children, the elderly, the disabled or those diagnosed with mental health challenges in the realm of any spontaneous personality disorders or delusions. Guests should be 21 or older. There is no curfew so come and go as you please.
