Bucksport Cottage, downtown - The Cherry Room

Welcome to Bucksport Cottage! Named for my wife's late father, Buck, the "cottage" is situated on a quiet, tree-lined street in old Mooresville. We are a quick walk to downtown with restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a wine bar and music room, a brew pub and other amenities. We currently rent only 1 room at a time, so you will have the 2nd floor to yourself. Lowe's Corporate Headquarters is less than 15 minutes. Travel time to Charlotte Douglas International Airport is 45 minutes. The space The Cherry Room is the larger of two bedrooms available for rent in Bucksport Cottage. Complete with a queen bed, wardrobe and breakfast nook, the Roost is perfect for single travelers, couples or friends. It's a front-facing room right off the upstairs bonus room. Guest access The CherryRoom is one of two bedrooms available for rent upstairs in the cottage. Rooms can be rented together (for larger parties). The second room is listed under "The Green Room." My wife and I live downstairs with our own private bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Please let us know if you have any allergies or aversions and we'll do our best to keep Crosby downstairs. During your stay We occupy the downstairs area and are here most evenings. Always happy to answer questions about what to do and see in the area. Other things to note We have a friendly 2-year-old Labradoodle (non-shedding and hypoallergenic) named Crosby . We do not offer kitchen privileges and there is no microwave upstairs.
