This unique modern studio apartment is located on the corner edge of a working horse farm, Trail M Farm. Guest can see horses in the field or take a walk on the many trails that surround the farm. Circle drive for easy access to the road. Located 2 miles south of Wilmington, Ohio. Also 4 miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center) and 8 miles from Robert's Center. Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house, please. This guest house is studio apartment with all home furnishings and appliances throughout. Just under 500 sq. ft (an average hotel room is 330 sq. ft.) this guest house provides all the comforts of home in a compact space with a full kitchen and HE washer and dryer. Bedroom has memory foam mattress and a privacy curtain to use if needed. Futon sofa bed folds out to a full mattress for additional guests. Guest have access to many miles of trails. See maps in house manual. Great place to walk your dog. Dogs need to stay on a leash for safety. Horses boarded in the pasture next to the guest house. Available by phone. You can also stop at the main barn, just up the road, there is usually someone around. Another residence is located across the drive. The main farm entrance is just up the road. Certain cell phone services are are a little spotty in the house but will connect by the window. It is recommended upon arrival to restart your cell for the best service. For guest traveling with a pet, please be considerate of the furniture and bedding. We make every effort to keep everything clean and sanitized, if your animal has to sleep or be on the furniture please bring extra blankets or towels for them to sleep on. Also, please wipe paws before allowing the animal to enter the guest house. Leave dirty towels for us to clean and have ready for the next visitor. If you need to check out later, please contact me, if no new guests are arriving, we are always happy to work with our guests to not have to rush out. Laundry detergent is provided however we ask that horse blankets/items and large items are not to be washed in the washing machine. A nice laundry mat is just in town with commercial machines.
