In the living room we have a table for study or work, a sofa, cable TV, 3 high chairs at the dining bar. Behind the bar is the full kitchen and laundry room. All rooms have windows and good light. For guests coming from other countries we recommend bringing universal adapters for the plugs. Guest access There are 14 steps from the door of the building to the door of the apartment. There is no elevator. The flat is for the exclusive use of the guest. Other things to note For stays longer than 3 weeks or 21 nights, an additional R$150.00 fee applies for linen changes and cleaning (performed by the apartment cleaner). The cleaning time and date are agreed upon with us after your reservation. Failures in the water or electricity supply are not the responsibility of the owners of the flat.
