The beaches of Coronado are a short drive away over the adjacent landmark Coronado Bridge, other attractions such as Balboa Park, Petco Park, the Zoo, Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, South Park, North Park and more are a stone's throw away. The space You'll be in an urban up and coming neighborhood with working families and a lively main avenue one block over so there is a possibility you will hear various street noises during the day and at night. We offer amenities such as: Keurig Coffee maker with some starter coffee pods, High speed WiFi, Samsung Smart TVs with available access to Amazon and Netflix streaming (*with a valid log in). There is a fully functioning kitchen with full sized stainless steel appliances, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and toaster-oven. Dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans are also provided. Beds have fresh linen, towels are provided, and we offer body soap and shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board, and although San Diego has mild weather year round, the home offers both heat/AC in the living room, personal heaters in each room for the cooler nights, and ceiling fans in every room for the warmer ones. CHECK IN: There is keyless entry with a personal guest code, which allows you to come and go at your convenience during your dates of stay. SLEEPING: This private room in a three bedroom condo offers a comfy queen bed and TV. Guest access Your room is private, the bathroom is shared with one other room. The kitchen, living room, and backyard are shared spaces. During your stay We live on premise and are available through the Air BNB app or by telephone directly in case of emergency. Sometime we are available to meet you and other times we are not so we have easy self check in instructions sent on the day of and sometime the day before arrival. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: The home is a duplex and therefore has shared walls and floors. Please keep this in mind as loud noise and footsteps can travel between units. We ask that you respect quiet hours (after 10pm and before 7am) to ensure all guests have an equally enjoyable time in the home. Thanks in advance for your cooperation in respecting the other guests and neighbors. There is NO smoking allowed in the property, it is only allowed in the designated backyard area away from the house (NOT in the attached patio). Please make sure to clean up after yourself or an additional cleaning fee will be incurred for cigarette butt littering. If the house is odiferous of cigarettes due to smoking in the attached patio, a fee may be incurred for removal of the smell. If you are a larger group of friends or multiple families visiting together and need more space, yet want to be in close proximity, message us! We multiple listings for rent on Airbnb.
