Welcome to this beautiful 3 bed 2 full bath place to call home. This unit has all that you need to relax after a day of visiting family or all the wonders Chicago has to offer. Perfect sun filled place that has multiple seating and dining areas. You are only a few blocks to one of Chicago’s best and cleanest train lines. It will take you straight into the city to connect to all the best that Chicago has to offer. Restaurants within blocks a grocery store right across the street plus parking! The space Very comfortable and beautiful space. High end furniture and kitchen fully equipped with all you need. Space is larger than it looks in the photos! Do not reserve this space for a party.... Please read all listing notes before you book. If you are looking to book for multiple consecutive months please contact me and I can open up the schedule. Thanks Guest access Guests have exclusive access to this unit. Bedding, towels, and hand soap are all provided for during your stay. Airbnb guests also have access to the front patio. Pictures of gaining access will be shown in check in instructions. Parking There is also free parking on premises for 1 vehicle. If you have additional vehicles there is free street parking outside the building. Oversized vehicles will not fit in the parking spot There is a back patio area that is private for full time tenants of the building. Airbnb guests are welcome to use the seating area at the front of the house. Other things to note Check out time is at 11AM. Please note that there is no hair and body soap provided! Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You will find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, a couple of trash bags, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine. I ask that there are no parties on site and that only registered guests stay in the unit. There are other people living in the building so I just ask for noise to be reasonable.
