The neighbors are pretty far from the house so other then an occasional car it's very private. There are Atv's driving down the street to access the state trail from Heisingers rd It's a 5 minute drive down into Prattsville. There are two pubs, a grocery, diner and a few shops or you can take the 20 minute drive into windham.
