The space Up for rent is my timeshare at Bluegreen Club 36 in Las Vegas. It's a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom with a kitchen, dining area and living area. There's a king bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living area so it sleeps 4 comfortably. The kitchen has a coffee maker, four burner stove top, convection microwave oven, fridge, freezer, and is fully equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The unit has two flat screen TVs, heat and AC. You do not need to go to any timeshare presentations and can simply decline if asked to attend a timeshare presentation. The airport is only about a 5 minute drive away. It's about a 15 minute walk to the strip, or a few minute car ride. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the strip. Shuttle departs every 30 minutes from 10am to 11pm and stops at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino. There are no shuttle runs at 12pm, 12:30pm, 7pm and 7:30pm due to lunch and dinner break for the driver. The images are representative of the room you will be staying in. The resort has decadent Parisian Art Deco style. Each unit is decked out with the comforts of home. Relax at the heated indoor pool or sunbathe outside on the sundeck while enjoying a great view of Las Vegas. Should you need anything else, you can find it on the Strip. Other things to note Once you book and pay, I will need to transfer my timeshare week into your name. I'll need your full name and age. I'll also need to know how many people will be staying in the unit with you. Then, I'll transfer the reservation into your name and message you the check-in instructions. You'll need to show ID at check-in. You'll also need to present a credit or debit card to cover incidentals (i.e., missing items, damages, late check-out fees, smoking fee, etc.).
