We are 6 miles 15 minutes from downtown, but walking distance to the outlet malls, near grocery, fast food, etc. Leave your car, take the sun bus, borrow a touring bike, and don't worry about downtowns crowded parking. Sunbus has inexpensive $2.00 per day routes all over town, has a bike carrier and stops 4 very short blocks away, Quiet safe family oriented neighborhood. Arrangements can be made for the use of additional touring bikes, or rental scooters in town. The price listed here is for 2 rooms, The sofa bed room has a separate listing, and the serene sunny room has a separate listing so if you prefer a double room for just 2 guests please reserve either #1 The serene sunny room or #2 the cozy sofa bed room via their sperate listing.. this listing is for both rooms and up to 4 guests. Discounts for longer stays vary with longer stays reserved 7 days in advance. Unfortunately due to residents severe allergies pets including service animals cannot be accomodated. Bath with tub and shower shared between two guest rooms. Month to month rates with "lease". Common areas shared with owner in residence. During your stay Am delighted to help my guests experience the best of St Augustine and I am available to assist with airport or train transport from Jax, Palatka, Orlando for a fee. Local sight seeing, shopping, painting and art scene. Art classes and artist retreats, pleine Aire painting retreats available. Early or late check in can be arranged at the time of booking. Other things to note Quiet, Catholic home perfect, for small group of 3 or 4, familes, (children 10 and older ), for pilgrimages, sight seeing or retreat. Safe relaxing stress free accommodations for single travelers. TV ( small antenna )and DVD player in den. Neither cable nor internet/wifi are available. Cell phone reception is excellent. I do have a hot spot on my phone which can be used in a pinch for internet access in an emergency Doors locked (deadbolt) at 11:00pm weeknights 12:00 weekends for safety unless prior arrangements are made. No smoking inside. No unregistered overnight guests. Due to severe allergies service animals cannot be accommodated. Guests are expected to be sober, drug free and well behaved. Those unable to behave will be given notice and escorted from the property. Police officers are my neighbors.
