Once settled in this cozy cottage, you have everything you need on the property and in the area for a perfect vacation! The space The combination of interior and exterior living space at THE BIRCHWOOD COTTAGE, all in impeccable beachy posh condition, offers all the right spaces in all the right places. The private setting offers the best of outdoor living....a screened porch leading to the grand deck with farm table and gas grill to the pebble paths that crisscross the property from the flagstone patio with fire pit to the three on-site parking spaces. The outdoor shower under the stars is just perfect after a day at the beach, a long hike or bike as you prepare for a great night's sleep. The professionally designed contemporary cottage interior with a vaulted great room gathering place with wood burning fireplace (fully stocked year-round) & HDTV in combination with the open kitchen/breakfast bar is ideal for guests any day of the year. New windows throughout, a brand new bathroom and an HVAC system ensures your comfort. No better place to be than THE BIRCHWOOD COTTAGE be it a polar vortex, a fabulous fall day or that summer heat wave. The dining room with French Doors to the screened porch is the perfect inside to outside transition room. Our three sleeping quarters offer 5 very comfortable beds and come fully loaded with sweet dreams. Your perfect vacation home has come true! But for your groceries and beverages (we have your coffee & condiments) you will find a fully equipped kitchen and the three cruiser bikes, a tandem bike, little red wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and even a pickle ball set will help keep you moving when looking for a change up from great walks. Beautiful sunsets play at our beaches 365 days a year. Other things to note Please know this retreat is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood where we value honoring the tranquility of our neighbors. Please book knowing we do expect guests to honor the 10:00 P.M. time quiet time unless arrangements are made in advance to extend that time which can be done on a case-by-case basis. Parking is limited to three cars.
