Clean, QUIET, with large open floor plan in the common areas. I’m in and out so you will have lots of quiet time ! Quick drive or Uber to S Reno restaurants, the Mall, coffee shops. The space My home is close to everything, and a 30+ minute drive to beautiful Lake Tahoe (Incline Village). Getting across town anywhere in Reno is not a big tackle ! Beautiful South Reno is newer in terms of housing/restaurants/shops! Guest access All Guests have some access to the common living areas and kitchen. Also, a small desk is available if you need to work remotely. You will have access to the back yard-patio as well (patio furniture is seasonal as it’s not possible to keep it out year round). KITCHEN use: privileges are available as long you clean up after your meals and leave the kitchen the same way as you found it. Please wipe down the counters and stovetop after preparing daily meals as this space is shared. There is additional cupboard space for food including the fridgerator/freezer. All spices and cooking oil in the upper left cupboard next to the stove, are available for use. Coffee is provided, and anything edible on the island counter is considered Community, please help yourself ! 🙂 During your stay Im available as I work from home in my offic downstairs, but i do come and go so you will have some privacy.
