Our mid-century modern house is perfect for a visit to the Hudson Valley. Four bedrooms, a TV room, a dedicated workspace with fast wifi, and a well-appointed kitchen make for a comfortable stay. Our fenced-in backyard has a grill and firepit that is perfect for small gatherings and pets. We are in a safe neighborhood very close to I-84, a few minutes from Starbucks, and 7 miles from Main Street in Beacon. Our on-site caretakers live in an attached apartment. No smoking or parties are allowed. The space Sits on two acres, with plenty of room to BBQ and enjoy a fire in the stone firepit. The house is very comfortable - about 2,500 square feet. Guest access No attic or sub area access. Please respect the privacy of our caretakers in regard to their private, attached unit. Other things to note This is a 100% smoke-free property. There is a non-negotiable fine of $250 dollars if ANY evidence of cigarette smoking is found on the property. We love pets, but there is an additional $100 cleaning fee. Groups over 8 can be accommodated, but there will be an additional fee of $15 per person per night with a maximum of 10. Quiet time between 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our caretakers and neighbors.
