Private Luxury Retreat with Panoramic Mountain Views. Centrally located just 15 minutes from Cal Poly or downtown San Luis Obispo 15 minutes from Paso Robles Wine Country, less than 5 minutes to the quaint little town of Santa Margarita. Location is centrally to all the area has to offer including beaches. Pool can be heated to 82 degrees for a fee, please inquire for pricing which varies per season. Please read guest access description for important info about the property. The space The home has a private gated entry (shared with the owners west apartment) Home has large upscale Luxury Kitchen, Sub zero Frig, professional gas range with built in griddle. The Kitchen is open to several living spaces. Main living space continues to an expansive covered outdoor patio. There are 4 Tv's. The billiards room has french door that leads to the Fire Pit area . Outdoors, you can enjoy the huge covered patio with BBQ area, large outdoor dining table and lounging spaces overlooking the long Pool and hot tub. We also have an outdoor Ping Pong table and Corn Hole. Parking for 4 vehicles (max) in designated area, no Garage space is available. Neighborhood has lots of dogs, cows and horses which to bark, neigh and moo including a dog breeder that has a lot of dogs that can raise a ruckus at certain times of the day. Children are welcome, however please note this is an “adult house” not really set up for young children or babies. Pool is a lap pool , diving into pool is Not allowed. Pool Cover must be in fully closed position overnight. Guest access There is an attached west wing apartment that we do NOT rent . Apartment is our private Space, has its own entrance and private back yard. Apartment is often occupied, either by ourselves (if in town working or our dog and Parrot sitter). The gate to the property, part of the driveway and the billiards room wall are the only things shared. The Dogs do not have access to any part of the “Big House” front or back yards. Other things to note Up to a total of 10 people may be allowed allowed on case by case basis (extra fee applies) Requests must be made before reservation is confirmed. Pool can be heated for a fee (82 degrees). Heating or adjusting pool heat will result in an additional $500 fee. No Garage access available. Light cleaning of a second indoor kitchen is included (floors and counters ) Most people don’t cook in this kitchen, so we don’t include this is basic cleaning fee. Cooking or leaving dirty dishes in this kitchen will result in an added $50-$100 cleaning fee. Tampering with outdoor camera system will result in being asked to leave the property immediately. In the event of power outage, please note we do not have a generator or control over when the power is restored. Property is 2.5 acres is fully fenced with a private electric gate. Indoor fireplace is not to be used. No crazy or loud groups, must be respectful of our neighbors, our home and belongings as well as our rules. Extra cleaning fees apply if check our instructions are not followed and or place requires excessive cleaning.
