Our 3-room suite is on the second floor of our home in historic Point Richmond. There is a Private bath for guests' private use, but is through the shared kitchen and not attached to the suite. Shared backyard. Suite has a private entrance and is suitable as a home office. The space Top floor of a recently renovated Victorian in quaint Point Richmond. Space includes one full size bed and living room suite, private bathroom, dining room, and foyer. The space is separated from the rest of the house by a door that leads into the share kitchen. The private bathroom is on the opposite side of the kitchen from the suite. The space has late-Victorian charm: high ceilings, dish/picture rail, modified gas ceiling lamp, pocket doors, wood paneling, bay windows. The property has an enclosed yard and deck and a brick patio in front. About us: We are a small family with a middle-schoolerchand a small dog (terrier mix) who live in the space downstairs from the unit. We recently added a baby ball python to our family that lives in a terrarium in a downstairs bedroom. Paula is a teacher, gardener, and nature enthusiast. Please provide some details about yourself if you make a reservation. Since this is our home and we have a child, we like to know a bit more about who will be staying with us. Our space is not suited for active night owls. Guest access The shared kitchen, backyard and garden areas are available for your enjoyment. Your host's private living quarters are on the ground floor below the kitchen. This space is unavailable for guests' use. During your stay We live onsite, unless we happen to be traveling during that time. But we are also available by cell. Other things to note There are 9 steps from the street to the property and 14 additional steps up to the private entrance to the unit.
