A quiet secured building - your stay will provide great rest for work or play! The space Welcome to my home. 1 Bedroom 1 bathroom set-up exclusively for guests. You will have the condominium to yourself. It has a California King bed along with a ensuite bathroom with shower and balcony. Rest of the condo and all the amenities of the building are for your use. Your room has Closet - Dresser - Iron and Ironing Board - Beach Gear (chairs umbrella beach towels) - Toiletries - in unit Washer/Dryer. Guest access Welcome to use anything in the kitchen / use of fridge / microwave / stove. The TV is in main room - no cable but Netflix / Amazon Prime Video and Hulu that you are welcome to enjoy - WiFi throughout the unit Building has a gym. hot tub. and community grill - the perfect location for work or play in downtown San Diego. Other things to note This is a secured building - you will be given a key fob for access for the duration of your stay as well as a code for the electronic deadbolt to the unit. Your bedroom door has a lock as well which I will provide you the key. Unfortunately NO PARKING is provided- but there are meters surrounding the condo - parking can be a tricky and will take a bit of learning (street sweeping 5 days a week / meters 2 Hr / 9 Hr 6 days a week). Please read all parking signs carefully to avoid a ticket. I don't recommend bringing a vehicle (everything you need is at your doorstep and UBER is very inexpensive compared to parking and gas).
