Walking distance to the many restaurants, shops, and entertainment that Estes Park has to offer. Small fenced private patio with table and chairs and a small dog run. Full kitchen, full size washer and dryer. Queen bed in bedroom and full size futon in living room. Front porch to enjoy views of the plaza and historic downtown with a mountain backdrop. This cabin is a rare fully private cabin for your group in the heart of Estes Park, steps away from all that downtown Estes Park has to offer. The cabin has been recently renovated but still has the cozy old cabin feel. Cute 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath cabin with a full size futon in the living room so the cabin sleeps a total of 4 people. The cabin backs up to a mountain. Nearby to Rocky Mountain National Park. Wildlife including elk, deer and bears frequent the area. The living room has a 42 in TV with wifi so you can stream your favorite channels using YouTube TV or your own streaming app. Living room has a futon, and desk for those days you need to work. Bedroom has a queen bed, easy chair, and dresser, and a 42 in TV. The kitchen is a full kitchen with basic kitchen items. Bathroom has a tub/shower. Basic toiletry items and hair dryer available. Washer and dryer located in the kitchen for guest use. Sit outside and enjoy mountain breezes and the sound of the nearby river. The entire cabin is available for your party. There are no shared spaces. The owners, Patti and Mike live in Estes Park and are available for concerns that come up during your stay. The cabin is conveniently located on the edge of downtown Estes Park, walking distance from most of the things that the town has to offer. There are numerous restaurants with a variety of cuisine, taffy and ice cream, wine tasting, breweries, distilleries, shopping, parks, the river, all within walking distance. NOTE: There is currently road construction across the street from the cabin. Construction may impact noise levels (as early as 6am) and parking access in front of the cabin. If you have any questions about the status of the construction, please inquire prior to booking. You can find details of the construction at www.downtownestesloop .com The rate that you paid at the time of booking reflects a discount from our usual rates in order to allow for any inconveniences you experience due to construction. There are many activities and restaurants within walking distance. In the summertime, there is a shuttle through town that stops very close to the cabins. Rocky Mountain National Park has a shuttle that leaves from the visitor's center which is about 4 blocks away and has a parking lot for those who prefer not to walk. Dogs are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. Please note in your reservation that you are bringing a pet and the fee will be included. Otherwise, we will request an additional fee once the confirmation is received. A request for payment will be sent before check-in and will be required for access. Dogs must not be left alone in the cabin unless they are kenneled. There is a dog blanket in the cabin; please cover the furniture with that blanket or your own blanket if your dog gets on the furniture. We unable to accept other kinds of pets. Construction: The cabin is located on "the loop" that is being constructed over a 2 year period. There is active road construction in front of the cabin, usually during the day Monday through Friday. The road is reduced to one lane with construction barricades and is one-way from south to north. There is construction equipment parked across the street on either side of the river there. The full size futon is most comfortable for children to sleep on. If you are looking for a cabin with two queen beds, we suggest looking at our cabin next door (Vintage Cabin in the Heart of Estes). -->Rocky Mountain Natl Park will require timed entry permits between late May and October. Watch the park website for details for how to reserve your permit. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside or outside the cabin per Estes Park fire regulations. Estes Park Fire Dept also prohibits the use of outdoor grills in vacation rentals in Estes Park. We are so happy to have you visit Estes Park - please let us know if you have any questions!
