In the evening, when you decide to leave the crowds behind, you may return to your quiet retreat and soak yourself in the healing warmth of your very own outdoor private spa. Then, take a moment, survey the heavens, and when you see a shooting star, make a wish! Overlooking the pool, rest and restore yourself privately in our authentic Indonesian tea house pavilion. Yoga, meditation, or just plain relaxation will be yours in our very tranquil and almost unbelievable tropical setting. Note: The owners, Dino and Florida Ohanian, live on the 1-1/2 acre premises in a separate and completely detached house. That said, we very much want to respect your complete privacy if this is a concern...please let us know if this is of importance. The guests will have total exclusive access to the spa, pool, barbecue, tea house and all of the grounds surrounding the Cabana. We are interested in providing the best total experience for our guests...We want them to have the kind of stay that they desire...If they want to interact, we can do that. Of if they want to be totally private, we will definitely respect that. That said we would be thrilled to assist you in any way to create beautiful memories of your trip. We can arrange for one of the best masseuses in Santa Barbara to come and give you a very special massage outside in the tea house, by the pool, or in your room...The cost is: $130/hour ...deep tissue massage is also available for an additional $10/hour... We live in a very quiet residential neighborhood down a dead end lane...Our place is situated near the end of the lane over a picturesque bridge and down a private drive which leads to our entry gates. There is a bus stop that is less than one block away that will take you right into downtown Santa Barbara. You could be in Santa Barbara within 10 minutes by car. Free parking for one car is included. Since AirBNB does not collect the Transient Occupancy Tax, you must pay the 14% Transient Occupancy Tax based on the nightly rental total collected, in cash or other methods, when you arrive. Also, there is a late check-in fee of $50.00 for check-in later than 10:00PM. To heat the pool to 75-80°, there is an extra fee of $95 per day (3 night minimum). The bathroom is equipped with an electronic warm water bidet. Please note that we do have one very calm and well disciplined small dog who lives with us on the property as well.
