Powder room off great room area. Quiet area. PLEASE NOTE Winter may need 4WD. Air mattresses available for over 4 guests PLEASE NOTE:3BR" Bear's Den" separate listing. The space All pine and wood interior. Secluded on private road. Access to UTV ATV AND SNOWMOBILE trails from cabin. Driveway has room for 2 24' trailers and vehicles. Access to snowmobile trails right out the driveway and down the private road 300 yds to DCNR snowmobile trail. The first section of the private road is the snowmobile trail. check in is now 3 PM and check out is 10 AM in order to maintain our standard of sanitizing and make the areas as clean as possible. Guest access Trout's Stream include wifi and streaming is NEW THIS YEAR; air conditioning; I provide all the linens, towels ,paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, dish soap and dishwasher soap, cleaners, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, utensils, cookware, salt and pepper, shower gel, cake bath soap, liquid hand soap. Each have their own private porch. fire ring, picnic table, charcoal grill. Other things to note Trout's Stream is on a private dead end road with very little traffic. A few cabins along the private road with 2 homes that are residences, The few cabins and 2 homes that are resident are not within view of the Cross Fork Pine Lodge. There are air mattresses available if you wish to add over 4 guests.
