You're a gorgeous 10-12 minute walk (approx 3/4 of a mile) into the historic gold rush town for morning coffee, afternoon shopping or an evening concert or play. Enjoy the best of both worlds, with nature and culture steps away. The space The master bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed and ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the tub meant for 2! The second bedroom has a full bed with a pillow top mattress. The sofa in the living room folds out into a queen size bed. Curl up on one of the many window seats or take in fresh air on the decks. Listen for the sound of the rushing creek. The home is elegantly appointed with rustic elements and timeless charm. The driveway is steep and curvy, but our little Prius has always made it up just fine.
