The room has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine and toaster for your use. You have your own private bathroom with a shower next to your room. Take a dip in the large private swimming pool or hot tub. The lanai is perfect for lounging or enjoying a glass of wine around the fire pit. The home has an open floor plan decorated with a beach theme. Feel free to lounge in the living room or dine in the kitchen at your leisure. Guest access The front door has a keypad entry for you to be able to come and go as you wish. There are no set hours for coming and going. You will have your own room easily accessible from the front entrance that allows you privacy between your room and your bathroom. There is a kitchenette in you room for your convenience. You may use the kitchen to get ice, water and coffee as you wish. The patio has a gas grill with 4 burners and a pot burner as well. During your stay When you arrive you will be greeted by one of us. We will show you through the home and give you information regarding things you need to know. A guest recreational pass to give you access to golf courses and rec centers is available if requested. Guest passes are free. We are usually available to talk to you if you would like to hear about things to do and see in the villages. Our cat spends most of her time in our bedroom and outside. No animals are allowed in guest quarters at any time.
