Private studio, separate entrance, self check in

The room has a very open serene feel despite its size. The self entry lock system allows you to may come and go at your leisure. You will have your own private bathroom, AC, TV w/ Netflix, Amazon, Disney+,Apple+, Keurig coffee, microwave, fridge, desk & chair and all toiletries. The room is perfect for business travelers, students, and vacationers. The space The room is clean, cozy, comfortable, and has a calming feel from the moment you walk in. You will be able to focus solely on your vacationing as the room is independent but adjacent of the main house. A third guest is reserved for those with a child. Other things to note Other guests are on site as I have a total of two listings. It is a rare occasion that you will see the other guest due to the layout of the property. Though there is no need to tiptoe during the day, we do ask that you be considerate of other guests and neighbors and keep noises to a reasonable level. During sleep hours 10pm-7am we like guest to use their quiet voice and not slam doors.
