This is a 9 room colonial. It has a circular driveway with a two car garage. It has a theater room with a large screen TV with 5.1 surround sound. The house sits on a half acre that is manicured. There is a fully functional office with computer and printer along with high speed WiFi We have two full bedrooms, each having a queen side bed. We allow two persons per room, for a total of four. We only accommodate 4 guest, from the same group, per stay. The space We have FIVE championship golf courses within a five mile radius. We are only 6 miles from the beach and their are plenty of shopping areas within a hop and skip. It is very quiet with a car passing by maybe every 20 minutes. Guest access Some of the golf courses near us are : Spring Lake, Willow Creek, Mill Pond, Pine Hills, Middle Island, Avalon Pines(less than 1/2 mile). Only 6 miles from Stony Brook Univ. Only a 1 hour drive to Manhattan, or you can catch the Long Island Railroad to Penn Station. Which is walking distance to Times Square and the Theater district During your stay My wife or I will make ourselves available if and when you need us. I play a lot of golf. So, if you are a golfer, it would be heaven. Other things to note We host only 1 group per stay.
