Once the reservation is made up to 16 people, for a number greater than 16 people will be charged additionally the 20€/night/Guest through the platform itself, once the payment of the initial deposit is made. In the reservation up to 16 people, 4 extra beds are included in the price, if you want a greater number of extra beds, they must be paid in addition. •Occupants are responsible for keeping the house properly closed in their absence and upon departure. •The pool and outdoor furniture will be available May 1 - Sept 30th. May and September will be conditioned to climatic circumstances. •No access with glass items to the pool area, including the lawn. •The maximum capacity of the Jacuzzi is 6 people and it is not allowed to access with glass elements. •The fencing that limits access to the pool will always be closed to prevent access to it by children without the permanent supervision of the responsible adult, the parents or guardians being responsible for the use of the facilities as well as security measures, such as the security gate and gate of the building staircase. •Use of the fireplace is allowed from October to April both inclusive. Free firewood. In no case can you cook in the fireplace  •Reservations made in July/August are only for full weeks Monday through Sunday. •Check-in hours 3pm and check out 6pm, subject to availability. Check out hours July/August 12.00h. If there was availability, the check in could be advanced or/and delayed check out by an additional 25/h •Los Sres. Failure to comply with this clause leads to the non-repayment of the security deposit provided by guests. The cost of violating this clause is €300, an amount that would cover the cleaning services of this one. •Loss of the set of keys delivered will entail a replacement cost of 123€ (control and security key) •Swings can only be used by boys/girls under the age of 10. In case of breakage, it leads to the non-repayment of the security provided by travelers. •It is not allowed to use heat, glue or the like on the walls. Repair of damages caused must be covered by the guests. • Hanging from the basket is not allowed. In case of breakage due to non-compliance, the amount that will cover its repair will be €120. •Guests may not perform in the house activities that violate the usual norms of urbanity, hygiene, coexistence, public order, annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illicit. These being the only responsible and the owner reserving the right to terminate the stay of the guests at any time, the same must leave the establishment at the same time as they are required. •Under a principle of citizenship, you should be respectful of noises and music after 12:00 am. Mainly outside the house. Failure to comply with this clause leads to the non-repayment of the security deposit provided by guests. •No stag or similar events are not allowed. The property must be notified if so. Travelers are obliged to respect this clause since otherwise they will lose the amount of the deposit deposited for their stay, notwithstanding the legal consequences applicable to each case. •The client, from the time of check-in, is responsible for the correct behavior of all the people who accompany them. •Guests are responsible for the house/room with all its contents and the return in the same condition it was given at the time of entry. Failure to comply with this clause is grounds for withholding the total of the bond as such bond is considered to cover not only the damages caused by travelers on the material property of the house, but also those caused by the usury of the house for exceeding the number of persons allowed. •Access to the premises is only and exclusively authorized to the number of persons stipulated in the reservation. If the number of customers exceeds the number of guests contracted, the contract will be void, having to leave the premises immediately without giving rise to returns and in case of refusal we will proceed to the corresponding authority to proceed with the eviction according to law. If there is a need to host a larger number of people, the property must be notified to authorize their accommodation before check in. Maximum capacity is 24 guests. •The use of inflatable mattresses, or any other similar items are not allowed. •Any additional guest at the 2 seats base per room and over two years old will be subject to the extra bed charge. See exceptions. •The rooms are double (for two people). The amount of each extra extra bed is €20 night. •Infants under the age of two must not pay any extra. Cots, high chairs and baths available free of charge. •It is not allowed to throw any type of product in jacuzzi and swimming pool. •Owner is not responsible for loss, theft, damage that may be suffered by customers, outages of electricity, water or gas supplies, the breakdown of appliances or any other appliance that is part of the accommodation. You must immediately communicate to the Technical Service timely, but the non-assistance by this service will not be grounds for compensation, the works that the City or other companies outside the Rural House can do nearby and that may affect the normal development of the client's stay, any type of greater, natural or similar cause that prevent the enjoyment of the facilities of the Rural House, cancellations or additional expenses suffered by the client, or any matter that is beyond their scope or control. •An extra cleaning will be charged in cases where the condition in which the house/room is left does not correspond to normal and civic use thereof.
