Good trail head access to the extensive Arnold Rim Trail. The elevation is at about 3000 feet so it is often above the fog level. The winter of 2022/2023 brought a lot more snow to this elevation than in past years so a 4 wheel drive would be recommended if visiting the area during the winter months. The views in this neighborhood abound. Multi car parking is available at the house. Before and between guest bookings we will implement all of the Covid 19 sanitizing and cleaning protocols suggested by Airbnb. Murphys and Arnold have some great restaurants and stores. Each has a grocery store. Bear Valley Ski Area is about 45 minutes away. Many wineries are established in the area and offer wine tasting and other events. Ironstone Winery is a beautiful place to visit as well as wine taste. Their outdoor concert venue is a great place to enjoy some big name bands during the summer months.
