The master suite has a private patio with fire-pit. Having the fire-pit takes just enough of the evening beach chill away extending patio evening hours. On the second level is a roomy great room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, dining for 6, plus 3 bar stools. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Panoramic windows frame mountain views, and the skylights and upper windows provide plenty of natural light in living areas. Off the living room and kitchen is a balcony with a propane BBQ to whip up your beach cuisine after a day in the sun or nearby Avila Golf course. The living room has a fireplace and large TV. The kitchen has designer appliances and is large enough for two chefs to share the space while guests gather around the granite island. This property has a lot of owner touches including local artist work. The condo has hardwood floors, bedrooms are carpeted; basic Charter/Spectrum; WIFI; washer/dryer; propane BBQ; fluffy white linens and towels; cooking utensils and serving dishes; sleeps 7 (master-king plus day bed; 2nd bedroom-queen, living room-queen sleeper sofa); nearby Avila Beach Golf Resort and Bob Jones bike trail.
