Welcome to Watercrest.... Uniy #126 has a newly remodeled bathroom (2024) with new tub surround and decorative ceramic tile. Bathroom is neat and clean. Unit #126 is located directly across from the pool and jacuzzi. Sit on our enclosed porch with all natural woodwork and slider windows for dinner (table for two) or a cold drink while enjoying a view of the pool and jacuzzi. Our one bedroom/one bath cottage sleeps 4 people. There are two Newer double beds for your comfort. We have a dresser and a closet area for hanging your clothes. The living room offers a full sleeper sofa, two Lazy -boy style recliner chairs and a New Larger flat screen television with DVD/ VCR for your enjoyment. There is a heat & a/c unit for climate control and recessed lighting throughout the unit. The oak kitchen has a table and chairs for 4 people along with a gas stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. The kitchen is Fully stocked with pots, pans, baking ware, glasses, cups, silverware and all the kitchen utensils needed to cook and enjoy great meal. A coffee maker, and New toaster are also in the kitchen area. And YES we have a Lobsta pot. Outside we have gas grill for your outdoor barbecue cooking. A well kept cottage Located in the highly desirable "horseshoe area of Watercrest." NO EXCEPTIONS.** **PLEASE BE ADVISED: YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS (FREE) OR YOU MAY RENT THEM THRU THE ASSOCIATION FOR A FEE.** **It is also suggested you bring your own blankets as needed for comfort.** **WE WILL PROVIDE BED PILLOWS.
