In a centrally located historic home, bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed. It is near Caterpillar, downtown, the hospitals, and I-74. The bathroom is shared with two other bedrooms. I live in the home and have my practice here, so I usually rent to quiet professionals. No parties or one-night stands. A mini Bernadoodle and a cat live here, too. The space Guests share a bathroom, that has a deadbolt lock. Guests have never had a problem with not getting in the bathroom. However, there is a bathroom on the first floor and on the basement that guests can use. You can use the dining table for eating and make yourself at home in the pantry area. Guest access You have access to the backyard patio, front porch, kitchen, laundry, pantry, bathrooms. During your stay I live on the property, so I am always here to help. Other things to note This is a smoke free home, no vaping or pot.
