This home is less than a mile to downtown Aiken and all of it's small town charm with easy access to the interstate! The space This home was built in the 50s and was redone in the early 2000s. There is a porch on the back with seating and a fully fenced large back yard. Inside the home there are a lot of southern touches you will notice. Fully finished hardwood throughout home, gas fireplace, and remodeled bathroom. Guest access Pets may be allowed upon request with additional fee. Guests will have access to the entire house. It is yours to enjoy!! There is a large living area with dining room attached, two bedrooms, a bathroom, washer and dryer, and huge kitchen with everything you will need. The bedrooms have a full sized and a queen sized bed. If you are traveling with more than 4 guests there will be a queen sized air matress available.
